1. What material are your shade sails made of?
Our shade sails are made from durable coconut fiber – a natural material that is strong, breathable, and eco-friendly. Ideal for a natural and tropical look in your garden or on your terrace. In addition to Coconut Fiber shade sails, we also offer Macrame shade sails and many other products.

2. Are the shade sails waterproof?
Coconut fiber is naturally breathable and provides protection from the sun, but the material is not completely waterproof. The sails are primarily intended for sun protection. Macrame shade sails are, of course, not waterproof either.

3. How do I install a shade sail?
Our shade sails come with clear instructions and attachment points. They are easy to hang between walls, poles, or trees using ropes or hooks.

4. What is the delivery time for my order?
Within the Netherlands, you can expect your order within 1–2 working days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, this may vary from 2 to 8 working days. Select your correct delivery country and the expected delivery date will be displayed automatically.

5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE. So shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and Austria is completely free.

6. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Send an email to info@4shine.nl for return instructions.

7. My order arrived damaged. What now?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damaged product. We will provide a suitable solution.

8. Do you also offer custom-made products?
At the moment, we do not offer custom work, but we are expanding our collection. Do you have a specific request? Let us know!
