1. What material are your shade sails made of?
Our shade sails are made from sustainable coconut fibres – a natural material that is strong, breathable and environmentally friendly. Ideal for a natural and tropical look in your garden or on your terrace.

2. Are the shade sails waterproof?
Coconut fibre is naturally breathable and offers protection from the sun, but the material is not completely waterproof. The cloths are mainly intended as sun protection.

3. How do I attach a shade sail?
Our shade sails come with clear instructions and fixing points. They are easy to hang between walls, poles or trees using ropes or hooks.

4. What is the delivery time of my order?
Within the Netherlands you can expect your order within 1 to 2 business days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands this can vary from 2 to 10 business days.

5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain and Austria.

6. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Send an email to info@4shine.com for return instructions.

7. My order arrived damaged. What now?
We find that annoying! Contact us within 3 days with photos of the damaged product. We will provide a suitable solution.

8. Do you also offer custom work?
At the moment we do not offer customization, but we are working on expanding our range. Do you have a specific request? Let us know!
